First and foremost, I want to thank God for always favoring me and loving me. His mercy definitely endorses forever.
My blog is constantly changing to match the ever-changing themes in my life. Right now I am in a quiet space and I’ve been here for about 2 years now. I’ve learned a lot about myself and how much God truly loves me. I am clearly no saint as my blog will suggest, but he has his hand of grace over me.
I am a proud African American professional woman learning to navigate in this crazy world as I raise my soon to be three year old. I am excited about my future and plan to truly submerge myself more into being active in my community. I am hoping that this will teach and be an enjoyable way for Lauren and I to think outside of ourselves and to be a help for others.
Reading is one of my favorite things to do and I also love to write. Sometimes I write at awkward times of the day so excuse me for any grammatical errors or misspellings.
I am currently a professional in the field of higher education, and will soon be receiving my Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs. I love working with people and believe that I bring an interesting perspective to the table because;
- I am a millennial but have experienced more things personally and professionally than the average millennial.
We always have something interesting to say, right?
In this season of blogging I’m going to keep it light and free because that’s where I’m at in life. It’s going good y’all!
If you get the opportunity to read my blog from beginning to end, I hope you are able to catch the common theme. No matter what happens in my life, God is in the midst. I hope it inspires all who read to not only learn more about me and what I life but to remember that cares for you, and those that believe have VICTORY!
